Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Boody essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened underwear or socks unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original, unopened packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

• 3.
  Drop Off at Post Office

  Take your parcel to any Australia Post outlet or drop it into a red street posting box to begin the transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
